  • LJ Hooker New Zealand Limited are looking for a motivated self-starter with a passion for real estate to join as their Brand Growth Manager.

    While previous property experience and an understanding of the real estate business model and legislative requirements is preferred, we're also interested in speaking to someone with large scale recruitment experience.

    The successful candidate will also offer the following:
    • Working knowledge of recruitment strategies to meet key objectives
    • Be able to easily relate to business owners & key stakeholders 
    • A proactive approach to candidate sourcing, with the ability to 'hunt' for the right candidate, not wait for them to come to you
    • Ability to achieve both agent and office recruitment targets within the required budgets and timeframe
    • Experience in psychometric testing and understanding behavioural profiling
    • Ability to work autonomously and in a team!
    • Proven customer service experience
    • Attention to detail
    • Computer and systems savvy
    • Experience within the real estate industry advantageous
    A little about the role:
    • Identify geographical and socio-economic areas via heat map to develop cost efficient recruitment strategies
    • Develop, manage and orchestrate candidate pipeline and database for short-, medium- and long-term candidates
    • Coordinate and direct digital, social media and text campaigns to achieve specific outcomes
    • Pre-qualify candidates and align with them for suitability for aligned offices
    • Assist with onboarding procedures for offices and agents
    • Networking and exploring alternative avenues and other industries for candidates that are aligned to real estate
    • Setting up general registration for candidates
    • Conducting reference checks for new employees/contractors
    • Recruitment, attraction, and selection of suitable candidates
