  • Harcourts Hamilton Rentals is a successful Property Management and Body Corporate Management company offering a first-class service to Landlords, Tenants and Investors.

    We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our Property Management team.

    No two days in our office are the same and you will be often asked to adapt at the last minute! Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Liaising with internal and external clients
    • Processing applications and credit checks
    • Negotiating and finalising leases and tenancy agreements
    • Arranging repair work
    • Resolving complaints
    • Maintaining property compliance
    • Preparing reports for the owners
    • Preparing for Tenancy Tribunal when required
    • Other administrative and reception functions
    This is an important role needing someone with great people skills, a positive approach to their work and the ability to use initiative and work proactively.

    Whilst previous experience in the property management industry is preferred, it is not essential - we're looking for someone who enjoys working with a busy team and providing the support needed.
