  • We're opening a new office in Wigram in January / February 2022 and are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join us. Harcourts Wigram is part of the multi-award-winning Grenadier Real Estate Group with over 260 people employed within various specialist divisions and offices.

    Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Onboarding new staff
    • Listing administration and data entry
    • Creating brochures, flyers, and cards
    • Resizing and Photoshopping photographs
    • Providing general administration support
    • General reception duties
    This is a sole charge role, so we are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated professional who enjoys working hard, has a high degree of work accuracy, and has excellent time management and organisational skills. You need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and demonstrate a no flustered approach to your role.

    Previous administration experience or real estate experience is essential.

    • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
    • Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
    • A professional and confident telephone manner
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Adaptability and the ability to prioritise workload and problem-solve
    • Dedication, resilience and the desire to achieve
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • InDesign experience would be advantageous
