    We're currently looking for a reliable and punctual Branch Administrator to join our team.

    This is an important role in an industry where the pace can change daily so we need someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to cope with pressure and remain calm and professional throughout the day.

    You will need to be able to prioritise your workload to sometimes conflicting deadlines - all delivered with a positive, enthusiastic, 'can-do' attitude.

    Other key skills and attributes include:
    • The ability to work without supervision
    • Experience working in a similar administration / reception role
    • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
    • An eagerness to help out wherever necessary Strong ICT skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workplace
    • Demonstrated ability to pick up new systems quickly Social media and digital marketing skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport easily
    • The ability to teach and help the sales team
    • Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
    • High level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Flexible and adaptable
    • Willingness to put forward ideas and opinions
    • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team or individually
    The role will be both demanding and rewarding with varied challenges and although some real estate knowledge would be an advantage you will receive full support and training for the role.

    This is a full time role working 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
