    These positions report directly to the Dealer Principals and are responsible for the operational management and delivery of exceptional customer service at the stated locations.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Operational management
    • Lead and develop a team culture that support's the highest level of customer service to Eagers Automotive and Manufacturer standards and expectations.
    • Working with the management teams to develop and execute growth strategies to maximise capacity and meet sales targets.
    The successful candidate will possess the following:
    • An extensive track record of delivering exceptional performance in a service environment,
    • Strong professionalism and customer service skills,
    • Superb interpersonal skills, particularly in motivating teams and creating a positive working environment,
    • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers,
    • High level of integrity,
    • Ability to manage various workflows, teams and changing priorities
