About the opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at our Pukekohe Branch. The main purpose of this job is to create a customer first experience for every customer that walks in through our doors. As part of this role, you will be:
Accurately booking service and repair appointments.
Quotations, costing and invoice completion.
Liaising between our Workshop Technicians and customers ensuring they are kept well informed of their vehicles progress during service and/or repair.
Minimum 2 years Service Advisor experience, or similar in an Automotive Dealership environment
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well organised with the ability to work in a fast paced friendly environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, for invoicing and administration duties
Excellent time management skills
Sound computer skills and the willingness to learn new systems and processes
Ability to work on rostered Saturdays
A full valid NZ drivers licence
