    • Dolphin Shipping are looking for a Freight & Logistics Administrator to join our team in Parnell.

    To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a keen learner with an interest in building a long-term career in the Motor Vehicle Logistics industry.

    Other skills and attributes include:
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs (specifically Outlook and Excel)
    • Good written and verbal skills
    • Friendly and confident phone manner
    • Good time management
    • Show initiative
    Freight forwarding / logistics experience will be highly regarded as will knowledge of Cargowise, however this is not essential.

    You'll become a key part of our busy office and because we're a small company, instead of learning only one aspect of the shipping and logistics industry, you'll get to learn a variety.

    Duties include:
    • Handling import/export documentation
    • Data Entry and updating operational spreadsheets
    • Liaising with clients and suppliers
    • Booking domestic transport movements
