Office Administrator with exceptional Customer Service

Novus Auto Glass Wellington/Porirua is part of a locally owned and operated franchise that covers the Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti area. Our core business is to repair and replace automotive glass. We are part of the leading network of auto glass suppliers in NZ.
We are currently looking for a positive and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our front of house team in Wellington or Porirua.
You will be responsible for making and organizing customer bookings and ordering required parts/stock, handling and processing insurance claims through our in-house management system. You will be a key part of our team being the first point of contact for walk-in customers and answering customer enquiries by phone or face to face.
Our successful applicant will have:
Proven experience in office administration
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
A high level of organizational skills
Resilience and not get flustered easily when dealing with high volumes of customers and claims
Attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders, bookings and claims via web, face to face and telephone
Proactive, have initiative, and be willing to pitch in on a variety of tasks
Excellent English verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other common applications
Proficient using multi tab web browsers (Chrome or Edge etc)
Previous experience within the automotive, insurance, or other trade businesses will be highly regarded.

This is a full time permanent position working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with an anticipated start date of the 22nd of July.
