The Property Management Assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks relating to the management of properties in our portfolio:
Advertising properties
Property Viewings
Processing Applications
Preparing Tenancy Documents
Compliance
Social Media & Marketing
Answering Office Phone
General Office Administration
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Ideally previous property management experience but not essential for the right candidate
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software programs
Self-motivation and willingness to take initiative
A professional manner
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Excellent organisational skills
