    We are now looking for an additional Candidate Consultant to join our candidate screening team!

    What does our candidate screening team do?
    Our candidate screening team are responsible for screening CVs/cover letters, conducting phone interviews and follow ups, writing interview reports and providing customer service to job applicants. As a Candidate Consultant you'll be speaking to job applicants over the phone all day and gaining valuable insights into recruitment processes!

    We are searching for a customer service extraordinaire, with a passion for providing the very best standards to our clients. We deal with a wide range of candidates from many different industries, so you will need to have the confident ability to interact with people from all walks of life. You will also possess strong spoken English communication skills, and will ideally have an interest in building a career in HR or Recruitment.

    Most importantly, you will enjoy working in a stimulating, supportive, and fun team environment. We also offer above average entry level wage with the ability to earn commission!

    What else can you bring to the team?:
    • Customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role
    • Excellent written composition skills to a tertiary level (qualified to Bachelor's Degree or higher)
    • Great computer skills, including fast and accurate typing
    • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
    • Be qualified to work in NZ with no restrictions
    • Reliable transport to and from our office in Albany
    • Strong multitasking skills
