    We require a motivated Shell Production Operator to join our team.

    In this role you will be required to facilitate the production of safety helmets across several departments, to the highest quality, with individual and team safety as the priority for sustaining a collaborative work environment.

    Other duties will include:
    • Working on a mould production line
    • Operating machines safely and as instructed
    • Managing materials in a safe manner
    • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
    • Developing an in-depth knowledge of products and materials to detect when a product does not meet standards
    • Checking output to ensure all products are the same, keeping a record of any defective items.
    • Working in several departments to facilitate peaks in production.
    • Prioritising work depending on production needs
    Key skills and attributes required in this role include:
    • No formal qualification is required however basic reading and writing to high school level is desired
    • Be physically fit and healthy as you'll be standing for long periods of time, performing repetitive tasks using hands, lifting and turning packages
    • The ability to work in a team environment
    • Demonstrate reliability and willingness to follow processes
    • The ability to work shifts on a rotation basis
