Litter Removal - keep Hamilton clean and tidy

Night shift 8.30 pm - 6 am

Civic are a long standing supplier of services to NZ cities. We contract to Councils for cleaning services such as collecting litter, facility cleaning, road sweeping, removing graffiti, water blasting, pavement cleaning and more!
We have an opportunity available for a Mobile Orderly to join our team in Hamilton.
This work involves collection and removal of litter in Central Hamilton and suburban shops.
This is a night shift position working 8.30 pm - 6 am 5 nights per week. As this is a 7 night a week operation, rostered weekend work is required. In return we offer night shift allowances and opportunities to upskill and progress your career with us.
We need someone who:- Is health and safety conscious with their vehicle and in their work areas
- Holds a current Class 1, Full drivers licence
- Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
- Is able to demonstrate ability to clean our public areas well, and takes pride in their work
- Is reliable and punctual with good communication skills
- Has the ability to work with minimal supervision and show initiative
- Has a professional attitude when dealing with members of the public
