    • Triple F Waikato is an independent local business licensed to operate a cluster of Z Energy service stations across Waikato and Coromandel. The heart of our business is safely providing the energy our customers need to sustain their busy lives in a moving world, now and in the future!

    We are after a new Z Store Site Leader at Z Whitianga....for us it is simple, you know retail, you live & breath it, you have honed your leadership skills & now you're ready to work for a business that values what you bring to the table.

    Responsibilities will include:
    • Motivating and Training site teams
    • Managing site sales targets and budgets
    • Maintaining financial records
    • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
    • Stock ordering and control
    • Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets
    • Ensuring a safe environment and complying with all Health and Safety requirements
    • Execution of promotional material and displays.
    • Liaising with the business head office
    • Managing rosters
