  • We are looking for a reliable and experienced Service and Project Engineer to join our team.

    The number one goal of everyone in our team is to make our Clients exceptionally happy. The Service and Project Engineer plays an important role in making sure that happens.

    This is a level 2/3 engineer role with your core responsibilities split in service and projects. You'll be working with Project Managers to deliver solutions to our client, this would include and not be limited to:
    • Migration to exchange online, SharePoint, Azure
    • Client onboardings, implementing security and software solutions
    • Implementing or upgrading infrastructure, including servers and networks
    This will be balanced with taking service desk overflow and escalations.

    The successful candidate will offer the following:
    • A strong understanding/experience of Microsoft 365, Exchange and SharePoint
    • At least 5 years of remote support experience
    • Experience implementing Microsoft 365 solutions
    • Experience implementing Windows Server solutions
    • Experience implementing networking solutions
    • A deep desire to deliver an amazing Client Experience
    • Knowledge of IT Applications, Software & Hardware
    • The ability to speak both Geek and human
    • An understanding of support tools, techniques and how technology is used to provide services
    • A love of (and ability to) Solve Problems & Challenges
    • Great Communications skills, founded in being a good listener
    • Strong understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systems
    • Must be able to type quickly and accurately while talking on the phone
    Ideally you will have (but not essential):
    • Experience using a Ticketing system / RMM Tool and PSA software
    • Experience providing support via remote tools
    • Experience dealing with networking equipment - Firewalls, Switches, Access Points etc
    • Experience with Microsoft servers in live environments
    • Professional IT Certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA or MCSE, ITIL, ITSM, etc.
    • Client Experience Certifications such as Helpdesk Habits etc.
    • Experience working either on a Helpdesk or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) / IT Support Business

    Remuneration between $60,000 - $100,000 (aligned with skills and experience) will be offered to the successful candidate.
