  • Ray White are currently looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our Te Atatu branch.

    In this role you will be the friendly face of our branch responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, as well as providing administrative support.

    Our ideal applicant will have experience working in a similar administration / reception role, as well as proven ability to use initiative, work proactively and strive for excellence in all areas of work.

    Other essential skills and attributes include:
    • Confident computer skills including G-Suite and Microsoft Office
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Excellent communication, written and verbal
    • Strong time management, organisation and high attention to detail
    • Confident Social Media skills
    • An outgoing, bubbly personality, a positive attitude and friendly disposition
    • The ability to keep calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
    This is a full-time position working 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
