Design Windows are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all customers and employees experience a professional, organised and efficient reception and office environment at the Christchurch branch ensuring that all customers entering the showroom receive a high level of service which promotes our high-quality window systems. They will be responsible for providing accounting, sales and marketing, plus general administration support to the Christchurch team. As the front face of the Christchurch branch they will be also responsible for promoting the culture of 'safety first' through ensuring that all operations, employees and workers adhere to Design Window's Health and Safety policies.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Excellent personal presentation
Previous experience in administration or PA role
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office computer products
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain a strong service ethic
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Strong customer and client focus
Good numerical skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people
Experience in an independent, unsupervised role
Design Windows is a site safe accredited member and applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
