Z Tawa have an opportunity available for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
You will be responsible for providing extraordinary and efficient customer service at the counter and within our store. The CSR must ensure excellent standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and product quality are maintained. In addition the CSR must complete all tasks to the stated Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies and Food Safety Standards.

You are adaptable and able to deal with challenging customers in a manner which is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. You are a self-starter and proactive in completing tasks prescribed to you as well as other tasks you actively seek out. You are well groomed, presentable, and team orientated.
This is a full time position working a minimum of 40 hours per week. Hours are Monday - Wednesday 2pm - 10pm and Saturday and Sundays 6am - 2pm (Thursdays and Fridays off).
