Join the team at the Tile Shed in Hastings
Tile Shed is an owner operated tile retail store located in central Hastings, Hawkes Bay. We service the entire Hawke's Bay region and beyond.
We're currently looking for a reliable and driven Sales & Design Consultant to join our team.
In this role will be responsible for providing exceptional design expertise and customer service. The role is based predominantly in our Hastings Showroom, but you will also be required to visit our B2B customers and seek out new customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a people person, enjoy building customer relationships and be confident talking to people from all walks of life.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience in sales / retail sales
An interest in design / colour
A strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish strong relationships
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
A keen eye for detail and creative flair
A friendly and trustworthy personality
The drive to reach and exceed sales targets
A passion for providing top quality service
Highly motivated and the willingness to learn
A good level of physical fitness as our service extends to loading customer vehicles
