We're excited to introduce the Garden Kitchen, located at our brand new Garden Centre in Stonefields. With an early July opening planned, we are looking for superstars to join our team. The Role
We are looking for a Duty Manager to help us lead and grow our new team at Stonefields.
Duties include, but are not limited to:- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the café including maintaining stock and health & safety requirements
- Assist in the training of new and existing staff
- Lead by example to motivate staff and help us maintain our fantastic team culture
- Ensure our policies and procedures are upheld with a smile
- Have creative input into the menu offering and the way we do things, helping to identify ways we can improve
About you
Do you have:- Experience leading a team, or have been working in hospitality for at least three years and are ready to take the next step up?
- Ability and confidence to direct and problem solve under pressure?
- A passion for providing a great customer experience?
- Good communication to work as part of a team?
- Available to work on a 7 day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays?
- A current Manager's Licence?
- Enjoy a little bit of fun in your workday?
- An innovative flair to support the development of new products and service offerings?
- A strong work ethic to get the job done with high standards?
