We are currently looking for an HR / Finance Clerk to join our supportive and dynamic multi-site practice.
This is a full-time opportunity in Silverdale working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the team in the following duties:
Processing bank reconciliation daily
Accounts payable and receivable
Payroll
General administrative and data entry duties
Support HR onboarding activities
Prepare contracts from templates with terms provided by manager
Support Board Meetings by coordinating supply of sundries
Collate and prepare documents for meetings
