    • We are looking for talented and passionate professionals who want to complete an incredible 12 month mission with us.

    The Business Analyst will play a key role in Tall Poppy's digital transformation and optimisation called Project Apollo. You will be a key contributor to our delivery process, a skilled communicator who quickly builds effective relationships in order to tease out functional and non-functional requirements.

    You will also be skilled at documentation and process mapping, capable of presenting complex data and relationships in an effective, easy to understand manner.

    The role will focus on:
    • Work collaboratively to tease out and uncover both functional and non-functional requirements from project stakeholders
    • Map current and future state processes ensuring maximum efficiency of future state processes
    • Contribute to overall project success throughout the identification and documentation of requirements
    • Work with subject matter experts and developers to support determining testing and acceptance criteria
    • Understand the desired user experience
    • Understand the key challenges that our business and the real estate industry faces
    Essential skills and attributes include:
    • 5+ years experience in a similar role
    • Track record of successful delivery/implementation
    • Experience working in an agile environment
    • Familiarity with project and task management systems such as Confluence, Jira, Slack
    • Ability to understand key requirements of users and translate this into technical requirements
    • Experience creating effective documentation and process maps
    • Ability to communicate to users of all technical levels
    • Ability to identify innovative ways to add value
    • Excellent time and budget management skills
    • Strong attention to detail
