The Property Management Team in Ponsonby is on the hunt for a full-time Administrator to provide support to a busy team.
This exciting role will see you incorporating a range of reception and administrative tasks including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, daily banking, managing enquiries at the front desk and over the phone, preparation of documents, background and credit checks and management of property files.
The ideal candidate will have:
