    We are currently looking for a driven Administration Assistant to provide support to Alison Aitken and her sales team in a dedicated and consistent manner.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Assisting with preparing listings
    • Arrange advertising for listings as required.
    • Organise open day material and relevant documentation.
    • Prepare appraisals for prospective sellers.
    • Social Media Management.
    • Process contracts
    • Organise signage and flyers.
    • Delivering client gifts
    This is an important role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to use initiative and work proactively.

    Previous Real Estate experience is not essential - what's important to us is a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
