Do you have a passion for automation testing? Have you successfully automated the testing of critical systems such as API and website?
As an experienced automation tester you will develop, maintain and execute automated tests to validate system functionality and performance. You will analyse test results and work with the development team throughout all stages of the software development and quality assurance process.
The current focus is automation testing of API, barfoot.co.nz website and data warehouse with the potential to automate more web applications.
This position reports to the CIO and works closely with other testers, developers, IT Operations and Infrastructure teams following Agile methodologies. Skilled in C#, Specflow and SQL Server you are likely to have a tertiary level qualification, ISTQB certification and at least two years experience as an automation tester in a commercial environment. You will have attention to detail, be highly motivated and have great communication skills.
The role is based in Barfoot & Thompson's central city office and flexible working arrangements are in place to work from home. Remuneration is market rate reflecting your experience, capability and passion.
