  • Clyth MacLeod Business Sales specialise in the sale of small to medium size businesses. This role will work alongside the Managing Director and Marketing Manager, you will manage the day to day running of the office to ensure you meet all the operational needs and provide support to the sales team and oversee all the contracts. This is a busy role, no two days will be the same.

    A can-do attitude and attention to detail are attributes that will make you stand out as a candidate for this role.
    This role offers plenty of opportunity to grow your skills.

    Key responsibilities include the following:
    • Managing the overall running of the office
    • Taking ownership of the CRM system
    • Contract management
    • Accounts
    • Creative writing of business listings
    • Attending to any requests from the sales team
    • Loading listings to our CRM portal
    • Very competent in word, excel, Xero.
    These professional offices are a great place to work with a neat team, the days will be varied with different tasks - no time to get bored here!

    Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role or in another professional office role, with a great attitude to adapt and learn, full training will be provided.

    You will have proven communication skills, strong administration/computer skills, and a creative writing interest would go a long way in helping you write great adverts.
